Eligibility Requirements
Egg Donor Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 20–32 years old, to ensure optimal egg quality and quantity.
- Height: At least 155 cm.
- BMI: Between 19 and 26.
- AMH & Ovarian Reserve: AMH greater than 3, with more than 20 follicles.
- Physical Appearance: No cosmetic surgery, facial features well-proportioned. Childhood and adult photos are required for comparison.
- Education: High school diploma is required; higher education preferred. A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or an Ivy League degree is highly desirable.
- Health: Good overall health, with no chronic or genetic diseases.
- Mental Health: Mental well-being is equally important. Donors should not be taking antidepressant medications and must undergo a psychological evaluation to ensure they can handle the stress associated with the egg donation process.
- No Smoking, Alcohol, or Substance Abuse: Ensures that egg quality is not affected by harmful substances.
- Self-Injection: Able to self-administer injections twice daily for two weeks, responsibly. Injection sessions can be photographed or recorded if needed.
- Clinic Visits: Able to travel to the egg donation clinic for check-ups, usually over a period of 2–3 weeks.
- U.S. Preliminary Screening: Screening fees must be paid upfront to ensure the donation proceeds as scheduled. If the donor does not pass the screening, all fees will be fully reimbursed.
