Dr. Wood’s outstanding academic background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology, a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
After completing his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Dr. Wood pursued a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of California, San Diego in La Jolla, California.
