As the Egg Donation Program Director, she oversees every aspect of the egg donor matching process, ensuring that each donor undergoes thorough screening by intended parents and completes all necessary medical evaluations. Throughout the process, she provides proactive, compassionate, and professional support to intended parents. Her responsibilities include managing donor recruitment, screening, and coordination, while maintaining strong relationships with both donors and clients.
She is passionate about providing professional, transparent, and 24/7 comprehensive support to all egg donors and intended parents. She loves collaborating with her team to ensure every match is successful and strives to make the entire egg donation and retrieval process smooth, helping both donors and intended parents navigate it with ease and minimal stress.
